Additive Supplement
A high-energy formulation of complex carbohydrates, vegetable
fat, and proteins.
Use for convalescing birds or to maintain weight on weaning
chicks. Birds often need help in gaining or maintaining weight
during or after illness. It is common for birds to become thin
when they become ill and they urgently need to maintain
weight. Contains an herb that stimulates appetite in weaning
birds and underweight adults. Easy to use. Just sprinkle on
regular food.
Small Birds (Cockatiels, Budgies, Finches, etc) - 1/8 teaspoon
Medium (Amazons, Greys, Pionus) - 1/4 teaspoon
Large Birds (Cockatoos, Macaws) - 1/2 teaspoon

Featheriffic will help grow fabulous feathers. Use along with
AviVIta Plus daily
maintenance vitamins. Sprinkle on top of the food where the
bird can see it. This formulation contains course ground corn
that attracts birds and aids in acceptance.
Sprinkle daily on top of seed, pellets or fresh food.
For small birds - Budgies, Canaries, etc. - 1/2 scoop per
day (1/8 teaspoon) Medium - Conures, Grays, Amazons - one
scoop per day (1/4 teaspoon) Large - Cockatoos, Macaws - 2
scoops per day (1/2 teaspoon)
Store in a cool, dry location. Avoid leaving package open

This a new product that really has us excited! We've tried it
on three birds that
were really problem feather pickers and they've all stopped
picking. Mix a small amount of this finely milled herbal
powder with water in an 8 oz. spray bottle and mist twice a
day. Human cosmetic grade. Use with AviVita Plus multivitamins
and with Featheriffic! feather growth supplement for beautiful
new feathers.
Formula One
Quick Weight Gain Mixture
Formula One is used alone to feed newborns and as a supplement
to handfeeding formulas for older baby birds. It is also an
ideal supplement for hand feeding underweight adults that have
been injured or are ill. Formula One provides carbohydrates
and vegetable fat to promote weight gain as well as extra
protein, vitamins, minerals, four digestive enzymes, and six
species of beneficial bacteria. Mix with water or electrolyte
solution or add to handfeeding formula. Has a fruit flavor
that birds love.
For routine hand feeding from day 1 to 2, mix a very thin
consistency with water or an electrolyte solution. From day 3
on, prepare your customary handfeeding formula( in a thinner
consistency for the first week) and add Formula One while
gradually increasing your handfeeding formula thickness to
normal for handfeeding. Use like "Instant Ounces", "Day One",
"Emeraid", etc.
For "day one" hatchlings and continuing handfeeding with
formula.
For adults that are underweight due to sickness or injury.
